Journey with us each month as we explore the plants and foods our ancestors used for better health, well-being, and medicine.
Each month we’ll select a plant (or two) and explore it’s benefits and uses. We’ll strengthen our relationship with the natural world, our bodies, and our ancestors as we learn what nature has to offer us for self-care and healing.
This monthly membership includes virtual and/or in-person meet-ups — your choice or do both! For those local, we’ll do a once-a-month plant walk to collect food and useful wild plants. For those who are not local, you’ll learn how and where to find or source the plants we choose.
Over the course of the year, we’ll create our own personal stash of “go to” plants and recipes to use as during cold-flu season and throughout the year!
